Getting Started

What is SocialPilot AI?

SocialPilot AI is an autonomous, AI-powered marketing platform that researches trends, optimizes your content, and distributes it across every major social platform — then works to make it discoverable on AI search engines like Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. You create the content; we handle the growth.

How does it work?

Upload a video, image, article, or just a topic idea. Our AI agent team analyzes it, scores its discoverability, generates platform-specific captions and hooks, suggests hashtags and keywords, and — if you enable Autopilot — schedules and publishes it at the optimal time across your connected accounts.

Who is it for?

Creators, solopreneurs, personal brands, and agencies managing multiple brands. If you create content and want it to reach more people with less manual effort, SocialPilot AI is built for you.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free account, complete a short onboarding to tell us about your brand and audience, connect your social accounts, and upload your first piece of content. The AI takes it from there.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. If you can upload a file or describe an idea, you can use SocialPilot AI. The platform handles research, optimization, scheduling, and publishing for you.

Pricing & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform — no credit card required. After 7 days, you'll need an active subscription to continue.

What plans are available?

We offer three paid plans — Creator, Pro, and Business — designed for individual creators, power users, and agencies respectively. Each unlocks more workspaces, social accounts, posts, and Autopilot capacity. See our Pricing page for current details.

How am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Base44 Payments. Your plan renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Because we offer a full-access free trial before any payment, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact our support team and we'll review your case.

What happens when my trial ends?

Once your 24-hour trial expires, access to the dashboard and publishing features is locked until you start a subscription. Your workspace, content, and connected accounts are preserved for when you return.

Features & Autopilot

What is Autopilot?

Autopilot is our autonomous publishing engine. Based on your rules — preferred platforms, posting frequency, approved categories, and times — it researches, drafts, schedules, and (at higher levels) publishes content without manual intervention.

What are the Autopilot levels?

Three levels: Assistant drafts and recommends but you approve everything; Semi schedules approved content automatically; Full researches, creates, schedules, and publishes within your rules. You choose how much control to keep.

Can I approve content before it goes live?

Always. Even in Full Autopilot, you can require approval for any or all posts. You're in control of what represents your brand.

What is the Brand Brain?

The Brand Brain is your workspace's memory — your voice, terminology, audience, goals, and differentiators. Every piece of AI-generated content is checked against it so your posts always sound like you.

What does the content score mean?

Every piece of content gets a discoverability score based on hook strength, keyword relevance, platform fit, and SEO potential. It helps you prioritize what to publish and what to improve.

Can I run experiments?

Yes. The Experiments module lets you A/B test hooks, captions, formats, and posting times to learn what resonates with your audience — then applies the winning approach going forward.

Which social platforms are supported?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business Profile.

Does it really help me rank on ChatGPT and Perplexity?

Yes. Beyond traditional SEO, we optimize your content's structure, keywords, and metadata so AI search engines and answer engines can find and cite it — not just Google.

How does the Trend Radar work?

The Trend Radar continuously monitors your niche for rising, growing, and evergreen topics, surfacing content opportunities before they saturate — complete with recommended angles and relevant platforms.

Can I manage multiple brands?

Yes. Workspaces let you manage multiple brands with separate audiences, voices, accounts, and Autopilot rules — ideal for agencies and multi-brand creators.

Does SocialPilot AI work with my website or CMS?

Yes. SocialPilot AI integrates with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Notion, HubSpot, Ghost, Next.js, and 100+ other tools. Post directly to your CMS or export content for use anywhere. Your existing workflow stays intact.

International & Localization

What languages does SocialPilot AI support?

The entire platform is available in 10 languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Spanish, French, Arabic, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, and Urdu — covering over 75% of the world's population. The correct language loads automatically based on your browser and location. You can also switch anytime from the language selector in the navigation bar.

How does currency detection work?

Prices are displayed in your local currency — automatically detected from your timezone. We support the world's top 5 currencies: US Dollar ($), Euro (€), British Pound (£), Japanese Yen (¥), and Chinese Yuan (¥). If your location's currency isn't in our list, we default to US Dollars ($). You can also switch currencies manually from the currency selector in the nav.

Does the app support right-to-left languages?

Yes. Arabic and Urdu are fully supported with right-to-left (RTL) layout — the entire interface automatically flips direction when you select either language, including navigation, text, and layout.

Can I get push notifications?

Yes. SocialPilot AI supports all types of push notifications: browser notifications on desktop, in-app notifications within the platform, and mobile push notifications on iOS and Android. You'll get instant alerts for new trends, publishing results, AI recommendations, and account updates. Enable notifications from the prompt that appears on your dashboard.

Does the app work in my country?

Yes. SocialPilot AI is a global platform available worldwide. Language and currency are auto-detected from your location, and all features work regardless of where you are. If your local language or currency isn't in our supported list, the app defaults to International English with US Dollar pricing.

Will I stay signed in?

Yes. SocialPilot AI uses cookie-based session persistence, so you stay signed in across browser restarts and sessions. You remain logged in until you explicitly log out or clear your browser data.

Security & Privacy

Is my content safe?

Your content belongs to you. We use it only to analyze, optimize, and publish on your behalf. We don't sell your data or use your content to train models for others.

Do you store my social account passwords?

No. We connect via official platform APIs and OAuth tokens — we never see or store your passwords. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's side or ours.

How do you handle payment data?

Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. We never receive or store your full card details.

Account & Cancellation

How do I connect my social accounts?

During onboarding or from Connected Accounts, add each platform. You can connect via the official authorization flow or add an account manually as "pending" to start planning before completing the connection.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account and associated workspace data from your settings. Note that published content remains on your social platforms — deleting your SocialPilot AI account doesn't remove posts already published.

What is the Ad Clone feature?
