AI Image & Video Generator — Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The AI Image Generator and AI Video Generator (the "Generators") are features of SocialPilot AI that use artificial intelligence to create images and short video clips from text prompts you provide. By using either Generator, you agree to these Generator Terms, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any conflict arises, these Generator Terms apply specifically to the Generators.

2. Plan Availability & Quantity Limits

Your access to the Generators and the number of generations you can create depend on your subscription plan:

Important notes:

• Free Trial limits apply across the entire 24-hour trial period, not per day. Once you generate 1 image and 1 video, you cannot generate more until you upgrade to a paid plan.
• Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
• "Unlimited" means no artificial cap, but is subject to fair use and may be rate-limited to protect service stability.
• The Creator plan does not include access to either Generator. Upgrade to Pro or higher to use them.
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next day or billing cycle.

3. Your Prompts & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the text prompts you submit to the Generators. You agree not to submit prompts that:

• Request content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful to any person or group;
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
• Attempt to generate deepfakes, misleading content, or content intended to deceive or defraud;
• Request content that impersonates a real person without their consent;
• Violate any applicable law or third-party platform policy.

We reserve the right to refuse, filter, or block any prompt that violates these rules, and to suspend access for repeated violations.

4. Ownership & License of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Generators, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the images and videos you generate through the Service for your own business or personal purposes.

Because AI-generated content is produced by models trained on large datasets, we cannot guarantee that generated output is unique or free from similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or commercializing it.

5. AI Model Training — Your Data Is Not Used

We do not use your prompts, uploaded content, or generated images/videos to train AI models for the benefit of third parties. Your inputs and outputs are processed solely to deliver the Generators to you.

6. No Warranties on Generated Output

AI-generated content is inherently experimental. The Generators may produce output that is:

• Inaccurate, distorted, or visually flawed;
• Similar to existing copyrighted or trademarked works;
• Biased or not representative of your intent;
• Unsuitable for your intended use.

We provide the Generators "as is" and make no warranty that any generated image or video will be fit for a particular purpose, commercially usable, or free from defects. You must review all generated content before publishing.

7. Generation Time & Service Availability

• Image generation typically takes 5–15 seconds but may take longer during high-demand periods.
• Video generation typically takes 30–90 seconds depending on duration and server load.
• We do not guarantee that the Generators will always be available or produce output within a specific timeframe. Generation may fail due to technical issues, content policy filters, or server capacity.
• Failed generations may or may not count against your daily limit at our discretion.

8. Integration Credits

Each generation consumes platform integration credits:

• Image generation: 1 credit per image.
• Video generation: 20–40 credits per video depending on duration (4s = 20, 6s = 30, 8s = 40).

If the platform exhausts its integration credit pool, generation may be temporarily unavailable until credits replenish. This is separate from your plan's daily limit.

9. Prohibited Uses of Generated Content

You agree not to use generated content to:

• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent material;
• Impersonate another person or brand without authorization;
• Spread disinformation or harmful content on social media;
• Violate any social media platform's terms of service when publishing;
• Claim that AI-generated content is human-created original art in a way that misleads audiences, where required by platform disclosure rules.

10. Content Policy & Filtering

The Generators include automated safety filters that may block prompts or outputs that violate our content policies. If your prompt is blocked, you will receive an error message. Repeated attempts to circumvent filters may result in suspension of your Generator access.

11. Changes to Limits & Features

We may adjust plan limits, generation times, supported styles, formats, or durations at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Changes to limits apply prospectively and do not affect generations already completed.

12. Refunds for Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, we will restore the used generation slot or integration credits. If a generation fails because your prompt violated content policy, no refund of the generation slot is provided.
